Importation
If you are ordering from outside the U.S please contact us by email before you order to find out if customs regulations in your country allow importation of the product. There are restrictions in Sweden, Chile, and some EU countries, most countries allow the importation of herb and mushroom based supplements. Check the list below for countries that have no special requirements.

Duties
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any duties or customs fees that are incurred by the importation of a product. At your request we can research possible fees and duties, however, for many countries we do not have access to the information and you will have to research the issue locally.
Credit card transactions originating outside the U.S. can be placed through our web site. The issuing bank will automatically convert your local currency to U.S. dollars based on the official exchange rate the day of the transaction.
If your credit card does not work please contact your local bank that issued the credit card. Some banks have restrictions on foreign transactions for the credit cards they issue, these restrictions can usually be removed with a phone call to your local bank.
